                 Brad Smith - President / Owner

               Brad began his construction career 21 years ago as a high-end interior woodworking
               craftsman. In 1996, Brad started his own business Terra Firma Custom
               Homes near Boulder, Colorado specializing in building premier custom homes for his clients.
               In 1998, Brad moved the company's homebase to Winter Park, Colorado to pursue a
               development project.

               Meeting Brad, you would never know he was from the East coast. Raised in Amherst, MA
               and moving to Colorado in 1981, Brad began college at the University Colorado
               in Boulder studying Computer Science and Biology. It was during that time in his life, he
               realized his future was in the Colorado mountains. Presently, Brad lives and works in Grand
               County. He enjoys spending his time with his wife, son and daughter. Fly fishing, skiing
               and flying are some of his favorite pastimes.


Louis Rinn - Project Manager

Louis has 20 years in the building industry, having been with Terra Firma since 2004. As a project manager for Terra Firma, Louis spends his day directing every aspect of custom home construction, from bidding and purchasing to scheduling. Louis' latest home site won six out of seven awards in the 2007 Grand County Parade of Homes, including Overall Judges Choice as well People's Choice Award for Best Home.

Louis has been living in Colorado since he was 10 years old. Starting off as a carpenter and eventually owning his business for 10 years before joining the Terra Firma team. Louis loves living in Colorado and enjoying the mountains, playing ice hockey and spending his free time with his wife and two daughters.



        Danielle Longano - Business Manager

         Danielle is the Business Manager for Terra Firma Custom Homes and has over four
         years of experience in the building industry, beginning with Terra Firma in 2003. She is
         responsible for client draws, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and all other aspects
         of the company's accounting.

         Danielle has lived in Winter Park since 1995, attended Villnova University, graduating with a
         degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a minor in Spanish. She loves living in
         Colorado with her husband and participating in all that our state has to offer. She is also an
         avid Parrothead and enjoys traveling with her sister to as many Jimmy Buffett concerts as she
         can.

Tracey Yoo - Selections Manager

Tracey is the Selections Manager for Terra Firma Custom Homes and has been with the company since June 2007. As the Selections Manager, Tracey works closely with designers and clients with finish selection schedules by documenting decisions and assisting owners with partner relationships. Tracey ensures that Terra Firma continues to build homes and longlasting relationships with owners and our partners.

Tracey grew up in the panhandle of north Florida, moving to Winter Park, Colorado in 2000. She graduated with her teaching degree from Auburn University and continued with graduate studies in Historical Archaeology at the University of West Florida. Although Colorado is a far cry from the sandy beaches of Florida, Tracey has found home in the Rocky Mountains with her husband and son. She enjoys the summertime in the mountains and spends her free time taking hikes, snowshoeing, cooking and working on crafts.

Mistalynn Ward - Marketing & Office Manager

   Mistalynn is the Marketing and Office Manager for Terra Firma Custom Homes. The newest member
   of the team, having started in October of 2007. Creating and maintaining a premier brand for Terra
   Firma is Mistalynn's responsibility as the Marketing Manager. Creating ads to community
   fundraisers, Mistalynn keeps the focus on our premier product and the customer. She keeps the
   office running smoothly and assists with the organization of behind the scenes processes. She
   works closely with our partners and the Terra Firma team, helping to create synergy.

                                                       Mistalynn is a native of Colorado, recently returning after being away for eight years. She
                                                       will graduate with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business/Marketing Spring of 2008.
                                                       When she needs a break from studying, she grabs her camera and dog to enjoy the
                                                       Colorado mountains in all its natural beauty.
