PROJECT MANAGER

Project Managers oversee all aspects of construction from pre-construction through post-occupancy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is client focused, team driven, detail oriented, and enthusiastic about building exceptional custom homes. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Budget preparations and revisions

  • Schedule of values

  • Request for proposals

  • Extra work orders

  • Owner change orders

  • Subcontractor and vendor bid requests

  • Subcontractor negotiations and scheduling

  • Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings

  • Invoice reconciliation

Preferred Experience:

  • High-end custom homebuilding

  • Estimating experience

  • Scheduling experience

  • Tradework such as framing or interior carpentry

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel), Bluebeam, construction management software, professional experience such as structural engineering or architecture, architectural and structural plan interpretation, and a drive to work on exceptional projects.

Superintendent

Superintendents oversee on-site day-to-day construction from inception through completion in the field. Our ideal candidate is team-driven, detail-oriented, and has ample experience working in the field on projects with similar quality and scope to ours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day field supervision

  • Scheduling and management of subcontractors

  • Communication with project team

  • Collaboration with owner, architects, and consultants

  • RFI and submittal submissions

  • Shop drawing reviews

Preferred Experience:

  • Field experience in custom residential preferred (commercial experience to be considered)

  • Knowledge of all subcontractor trades

  • Experience with complex architectural details and installations

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel), construction management software, architectural and structural plan interpretation, and a drive to work on exceptional projects.

warranty / punch list manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients and subcontractors

  • Gather and organize serial numbers, warranty and security information

  • Identify and complete areas that do not meet TFCH quality standards

  • Document tasks and progress status

Skills and Experience:

  • Problem solver

  • Highly organized

  • Computer proficient

  • Strong finish carpentry experience

  • Experience in other finish trades helpful
